Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Al SiddiqnSons, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the conditions below.
1. Return & Exchange Window
Customers may request a return or exchange within 1 day (24 hours) of receiving the product.
After 24 hours, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be:
Unused and undamaged
In original packaging
In the same condition as delivered
Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt/order confirmation)
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Custom-made or made-to-order furniture
Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or after delivery
Items without original packaging
Clearance, sale, or discounted items (unless defective)
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed only for items that meet the return conditions.
Customers may exchange for another product or upgrade by paying the price difference.
5. Refunds
Refunds (if approved) will be processed:
Through the original payment method
Within 5–7 working days
Delivery charges are non-refundable
If the product is found used, damaged, or altered, the return will be rejected.
6. Defective or Wrong Item Delivered
If you received:
A defective item
A damaged item
The wrong product
Please contact us within 1 day with unboxing pictures/videos.
We will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.
7. Return Process
To start a return or exchange:

Provide order number + images/videos of the item
Wait for confirmation from our team
Return pickup or branch drop-off will be arranged based on your location
